Colour : deep purple red. Dark hue.

Nose : delicate, very powerful and complex. Smoky oak, toasted bread, cherry, rose, peach, clove and cinnamon.

Taste : supple, powerful, enveloping. Ripe tannins. Bodied and well-balanced wine.

Persistency Secondary notes : 10 / 11 seconds.

Secondary notes : dark fruits , blackcurrant, warm soil.

A great wine which can already be appreciated but it's wiser to wait 4 or 5 years if possible!

Merlot 30 % - Cabernet Sauvignon 68 % -Petit Verdot 2%

The Cabernet Franc is not in the blend, because it wasn't richly flavoured enough, and lacked structure. It was too dry on maturation, so we kept it out of the final wine. Usually at 5 or 6%.
